LQ3A stainless steel rotor pump lobe pump

LQ3A pump is a lobe rotor pump. The principle of it is the pump worked by the constantly rotoring two rotors. The rotor has different shapes: butterfuly, two leaves, etc.

We know that the rotor is different from the gear and the impeller. The gears are completely together, so it can pump oil, the impeller are truning on high speed to "through" the liquids. But rotor is different. There are two rotors in a line, the pump liqids from one rotor to another, then pump the liquids out out the cavity. So there are spaces bettwen the rotors,  because of this, this pump can pump liquids with very high viscosity, like shampoo. And it even can pump something like meat pieces.

So this pump is welcomed in food industry. Also we may use stainless steel 316 to meet the demand of  food industry. Also can pump shapoo, chemical liquids, etc
